2. **Promotional or Discounted Bookings**:
- These bookings are often non-refundable. However, if cancellation is necessary, please contact customer service for potential alternatives.
## Group Travel
- **Group Bookings**:
- For groups of 10 or more, cancellations made more than 45 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹4000.
